With over 20 years’ experience working as a Business Consultant, Personal and Business Coach and Trainer, Mari Brunnock, Managing Director of MIDAS Group, brings a wide range of experience and expertise to each client, with the aim of driving innovation and change management within their environment.
Equipped with a Post Grad in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Trinity, a Degree in Marketing and Business, she also holds an International Coaching Diploma, is a qualified licensed NLP practitioner, has a BPS (British Psychological Society) Level A and B qualification in profiling and psychometric testing and holds an NUI Certificate in Adult and Continued Training and Education from Maynooth University.
Mari believes that while we all have similarities as individuals/ organisations, we are also uniquely different. It is in finding that difference, that we can really start to fulfil our passion and that is where lifelong learning emerges, to help us be who we were meant to be.
Margaret Farrelly works as Accounts Manager for MIDAS Group and has an in-depth understanding of financial management processes. She has over 30 years’ experience in Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping both in the private sector and multinationals as well as in the public sector.
She has a Certified Dip in Accounting and Finance (CDIP AF) and a Dip in Business Studies as well as a range of other qualifications in IT, Software systems and a Cert in Training and Development (CTD).
Described by our clients as diligent and professional, she is renowned for applying her technical knowledge in a practical and people focused way.
Jeanette Adams, the Marketing and Communications Manager for MIDAS Group has BA (Hons) Business Studies and a Cert awarded by the Marketing Institute, as well as a Cert in Training and Development.
She specialises in Communications, Marketing and Branding and over her 20-year career she has held varied and challenging roles, where she was required to have strong project management and organisational skills, multitasking abilities and excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
Jeanettes’ grá for relationship management is founded on her belief that clear communication is crucial for our business. As part of her role, she encourages two-way dialogue to discuss critical issues, exchange information, build trust, and engage people in achieving the best results for all involved.
Jennifer Smith holds a first-class Honours Degree in Culinary Entrepreneurship (AIT) and has over 17 years’ experience in the Irish Hospitality Industry in Management and Operational roles in Culinary Arts, Food Safety, Nutrition, and Business.
Jennifer’s completed her Certificate in Training and Development (QQI6) to explore transferring her skillset into a role as a trainer and is currently studying for her Teaching Diploma in Further Education at Maynooth University.
As a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team player, Jennifer works with MIDAS Group within several team roles, both in operations and quality assurance. Her goal is to collaborate with others to ensure the highest standards of delivery are achieved and maintained.
Miriam Durack has over 25 years’ experience as a HR and Recruitment specialist. She has worked with clients across the public and private sectors in Ireland, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, USA and Canada.
Also running a Training and Development business, Miriam works with MIDAS Group as an Expert Consultant/ Trainer in the delivery of a range of tailored programmes for our clients including Customer Service, HR Management, Supervisory Skills Management and Training and Development. She brings a wealth of practical and pragmatic solutions to organisations through this training and consultancy strand.

Mary Egenton heads up MIDAS Groups’ HR function and our Quality Assurance Team, overseeing the changes to the organisation, especially in the last year.
Mary holds a PG in Innovation and Enterprise Development (TCD), a BSc (UCG), H.Dip in Education (UCG), a H.Dip in Applied Science (UCG), a Dip in Quality Assurance (UCG) and is a certified QMS Auditor from IRCA.
Mary has over 30 years’ experience working in extensive regulatory, compliance and quality management, both in US and EU multinationals as well as SME’s. She is a proficient change manager, with core attributes including lean methodologies, employee training, developing, and mentoring.
Mary believes that quality control and quality improvement are inextricably linked - it is everyone’s responsibility in the organisation, and like people, can always be improved.
Michael Cunningham is currently working on creating and developing an LMS for MIDAS Group, that is practical, innovative and is linked to industry competencies and standards.
Michael has experience working as a Senior Software Engineer and Programme & Applications Developer for large global companies as well as on smaller projects.
Michael holds an MSC in Software Development as well as a BA. He is currently studying his MBA in Business Admin in NYC.
He manages product development teams of up to 25 people and has extensive knowledge in a range of tech programming software systems.
Geraldine worked for MIDAS Group as a Senior Trainer, Manager of public Training Contacts and most recently has taken on the role of Programme Co-ordinator and QA Officer.
Geraldine Curran is a highly motivated and ambitious professional with eighteen years’ experience in Training and Development, working in both private and public sector bodies. She has delivered a wide range of skills-based courses from QQI level 3-6.
Geraldine holds a PG in Innovation and Enterprise (UCD), a Dip in ICT, a Cert in Continuing Education and Training (MUI) and is a certified training professional with ICS.
Her extensive experience within a range of training environments includes working with vulnerable client groups to professional sectors, which gives her the edge in understanding learner needs and process improvement.
Emma Nelson McGrath, a qualified accountant (ACCA) also has an Honours Degree in Public Administration (UL) and has worked in Finance and Management for over 20 years, in both the private and public sector.
After working in a range of accountancy practices and within the Central Bank, Emma opened her own practice in 2018, supporting businesses and organisations in Finance and Accountancy advice and yearly accounts, so that they complied with Accounting standards, Revenue and Company law including interpretation of national and EU law.
A qualified Trainer for over 12 years QQI 6, Emma has been described as a practical, enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable tutor, who enjoys passing on her knowledge to learner within the classroom, as well as in a one-to-one settings through mentoring, support and advice.
Elaine Supple has recently taken on the role as Operations Development Manager for MIDAS Group.
She holds a MSc in Business Leadership and Business Development (UCD), Management and Marketing qualifications (NCI, CMI), as well as Project and Lean Management Training.
Elaine has a track record in developing customer focused businesses and believes that the core element of success is in listening to the needs of our clients and creating solutions, which helps us translate this feedback into strategic and tactical operations and business development.
Elaine has over 12 years’ experience in building and leading successful teams, designing targeted campaigns and development plans. She has managed projects by implementing business process & workflow improvements as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Clare O Connor graduated with an Engineering degree, and has worked in over 30 countries in varied roles and organisations from non-profit to global corporations and SMEs. She also has qualifications in Training and Development (QQI6), Prince 2 Project Management as well as a Dip in Life Coaching (CII/AC).
Clare now coaches and trains across a wide variety of industry sectors including Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Utilities, Non-profit, Education Professionals and Start-Up Entrepreneurs.
Clare also has a wide range of experience in the more personal side of training. She currently worked with diverse groups, with mixed academic levels and learning abilities, including people with physical and mental disabilities, including youth development and “at risk” teenagers.
Clare has earned recognition with her professional yet person centred approach, ethical values, and heartfelt communication.
Charlie Mernagh is a Business & Management Training Specialist with over 30 years’ experience as senior executive and head of training for a multinational insurance company.
Qualified with a Diploma in Sales Coaching and a Certificate in Training & Education, he was appointed as the National Lead Trainer for the European Commission Consumer Law Ready Project in Ireland, with responsibility for the training of Local Trainers and SMEs as well as ensuring all training is completed in line with the project standards and procedures.
While Charlie runs his own training business he works for MIDAS Group as a specialist in the delivery of management development programs bringing his expertise in profitability improvement and revenue growth, direct experience in managing sales, budgets, customer service, distribution, human resources and policy compliance to all training delivered ensuring practical outcomes and results for all our clients.
